The original Covenants and Restrictions are in the process of being revised. Covenants, restrictions, and easements for Charleston National regulate new construction, exterior changes to and the appearance of homes and property, as well as certain activities in order to protect the value and desirability of individual properties and the community as a whole. Please let us know what you think of the current C&Rs and the changes you think should be included in the revision.
