-Remove grass from base of trees to diameter of tree
canopies, apply mulch, and fertilize trees in Spring
2004.
-Remove grasses to Utility Area (see below).
-Replace with Aztec Grass.
-Remove pittosporum and replant on right side of

-Replace pittosporum with Indian Hawthorn.
-Consider hardscape area, such as Bluestone terrace,
within circle.
